By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

Pre-order products are items purchased before production or full stock availability.

This allows customers to secure pieces from future transmissions before release.

Pre-order items may require additional production and processing time before shipment.

Estimated shipping windows will be provided where possible, but delays may occur due to:

• Manufacturing

• Supplier delays

• High demand

• Shipping disruptions

Iron Pulse will always aim to keep customers updated regarding major delays.

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order item.

Orders are not reserved until payment has been completed.

Pre-orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already started.

Once production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible as products are prepared specifically for customers.

 REFUNDS

Refunds for pre-order items are only available if:

• The item cannot be fulfilled

• Iron Pulse cancels the order

• Required by consumer law

Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.

If your order contains both pre-order and standard items, the entire order may be shipped together once pre-order items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Certain pre-order items may never return once production closes.

Future transmissions may remain limited to preserve the identity of the movement and the exclusivity surrounding each drop.
