PURCHASE OPTIONS
Iron Pulse may offer:
• Standard orders
• Limited drop releases
• Pre-orders
• Exclusive/first wave items
Certain products may be available for limited periods only and may not return once sold out.
PRE-ORDERS
Some Iron Pulse products may be sold as pre-orders before production or shipment begins.
By placing a pre-order, you understand and accept:
• Production and shipping times may be longer than standard orders
• Estimated shipping dates may change due to manufacturing or supplier delays
• Pre-order items are reserved specifically for your purchase
We will always aim to keep customers updated regarding any major delays.
CANCELLATIONS
Standard orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation has been sent.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
Once production or processing has started, pre-orders cannot be cancelled as products are prepared specifically for customers.
LIMITED DROPS
Due to the exclusive nature of Iron Pulse drops, certain items may not be restocked once sold out.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.
