PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items may take longer to dispatch due to production schedules.
Estimated shipping windows for pre-orders will be stated on the product page where possible.
By purchasing a pre-order item, customers accept that delivery times may change depending on production or supplier delays
TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before placing an order.
Iron Pulse is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping details provided by customers.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier service.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
CUSTOMS + IMPORT FEES
International customers may be responsible for customs charges, taxes, or import fees depending on their country.
